N-arteest

FYI I am not abandoning this project, it's just on temporary hiatus.  It seems I have burnt out my inspiration and desire to compose the minor arcana.  Everything looks unpleasant and gross.  So I decided to put it on hold until I get more inspired.  It's a big series after all.  Not to mention, I'm not happy with the Page of Cups and the Queen of Cups I've already finished.

On the other hand, I have been trying some other things.  Truthfully I didn't want to do another pisces so soon, but in the end, it seems to be what I did.  This time though, it's a photomanipulation concept.  Unfortunately, I feel like I it could be reworked, yet at the same time I kind of like what I've done.  But yes!  That's the update for now!

It's official, as with just the other day I put up the last card of my Major Arcana! I was so excited to finally put it, and asides from the last minute freakout--I won't lie, you see I originally had a different model as the female in one of the glowing orbs in the Wheel of Fortune, but then when I went back through my favourites, I couldn't find her! So I had to make a last minute change. But alls well that ends well, it came together beautiful.

Wow, it's been a long ride to get through the Major Arcana, and I'm almost there.

As expected the cards I left to last are the hardest and sometimes I feel like I stray from the pattern, but I'm almost there.  And yep, I do in fact love my series as it stands.  

Heh I find I will have a long trial to face for the minor Arcana, but that will be interesting!

Remade it, and the original is now in scraps.  I like the new one better, but well, still, this card is reminding me of Leo--from  my Zodiac series--I'm not sure if I will ever get it right, but I guess with the remade version I am currently satisfied, I think it suits the moon card.

I'm pleased to admit to myself that the Hermit is shaping up well this time for a male card! 

Then again...you can't tell the figure is male.....so maybe that's why.
